Thoughts: As a pole dancer and occasional aerial hoop goer I can not recommend a back warmer enough. During Pole class the back warmer helps keep your spine warm and when you have finished training it feels comforting and soothing. On the hoop it not only helps keep your back warm but they act as an extra layer which we all know is a massive bonus!

Two Tone, double layered soft printed yoga towel fabric on top, non slip black rubber underneath.

Provides great support while allowing you to glide from one pose to another.

All of The Bendy Brand's yoga mats have a beautifully soft, unique graphic fabric texture on top to help you ease in and out of stretches and positions. 

Underneath is a firm non slip black rubber backing - which means it doesn't roll up while you are using it. 

They are the perfect mats for stretching as they are non slip, not too thick for balancing stretches but are cushioned enough to protect your knees, ankles and other bony joints whilst stretching.
