Covid-19 Update - 21/07/20
As in our previous Covid-19 posts we are continuing to keep up to date with the government guidelines as well as taking extra precautionary measures.
Your order is handled carefully here at Aerial Attire. We are a small team and we take great pride in our processes and procedures. All of our stock is held in its own room. When packaging your order we wear gloves and a mask. Hopefully this brings you comfort in the knowledge that your order has been packaged in a controlled way.
No contact deliveries are still a priority. In the event that your package requires a signature Royal Mail are continuing their no contact service so this means you will not need to sign their device.
Returns/exchanges are equally handled with great care. When an item is sent back to us for a return/exchange that package is not taken into the stock room. The item(s) are inspected and placed in a sealed bag where they are left for at least 72 hours before being returned to stock. Again this is a precautionary measure to help reassure you that we are doing our absolute best to protect our customers.
Once again we would like to say a massive thank you. You have all been incredible through this. Every time we struggle with this tough economic climate one of you picks us back up again. As we said before every post, comment, like does not go unnoticed. Thank you again!

We just wanted to give you all an update on how we are continuing to deal with Covid-19.
As we said in our last Covid post we are adhering to all government guidelines in the UK as well as taking extra precautionary measures.
Where possible we are still sending all of our UK parcels using a no contact service. This is to continue to protect the safety of us, you, mail staff and everyone in between as much as possible. As we said before - please be aware ALL delivery's may be impacted by the current situation, this may cause delays beyond our control. What a terrible time the world is going through.
We want to assure you that we are fully up to date with government guidelines here at Aerial Attire.
Our UK parcels will no longer be sent requiring a signature, this is in an effort to reduce social contact for ourselves, for you and for all the amazing mail service staff.

We want to send LOVE to everyone who has been impacted by this horrid situation. Let's support one another, lets check in (via phone) with one another and above all lets be kind to one another.
Studios and gyms in the UK were told to close their doors for the foreseeable a few days ago. Lets support our industry that we have all worked so hard for as much as we possibly can. If you know a studio owner, a pole or aerial related business - show your support - keep sharing their posts, keep commenting, drop them a message, trust me it will help and it will mean so much to them.
Lets all do our best to make sure the pole and aerial industry is here to stay and will come back bigger and stronger.
