We've given this a POLE-SAFE rating due to its fast-absorbing ingredients with little or no residue!

We recommend applying at least 15mins before your training with no negative impact this will vary person to person depending on your skin type.

You can also apply your favourite GRIP + GLOW BODY GRIP for your normal grip use.

This product is fragrance free, it does have a natural fragrance from its natural ingredients, similar to coco butter.

Once opened use within 12 months 

Directions for use: Apply generously all over the body 10-15 minutes before sun exposure and re-apply every 2 hours, especially after swimming, sweating and
skin drying.

Application for sport: For pole fitness or other sports affected by moisturisers, we recommend a minimum 15 minute absorption period for our sunscreen before training.

Caution: For external use only. Over-exposure to the sun can be a serious threat to your health, even when using sun protection products. Sun protection must be re-applied frequently. Babies and young children should be kept out of direct sunlight.
